Pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-1855.01, in connection with an investigation conducted by the Board, at all reasonable times the Board and its authorized agents may examine and copy documents, reports, records, and other physical evidence wherever located relating to the licensee’s professional competence, unprofessional conduct or mental or physical ability to safely practice psychology or behavior analysis. This examination is conducted under the authority of Arizona Revised Statutes §§32-2082(A) and 32-2091.10. As part of an examination, the following Small Business Bill of Rights is provided:

An Osteopathic Physician or Student analyst is entitled to all of the rights established in A.R.S. §41-1001.01 and A.R.S. § 41-1009(A)(1)-(7)

In the event that you have made a reasonable effort to resolve any issues or concerns directly with the Board's Executive Director and have not been successful, you may contact the Office of Ombudsman-Citizens' Aide.  The Arizona Ombudsman Citizens’ Aide office is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm excluding Arizona State Holidays.
