Universal License Recognition

Applicants wishing to apply using the pathway of Universal Licensing Recognition can use the Initial Licensing Application and under the section "Basis for Licensure" they can select "Universal Licensing Recognition".

Applicants are required to have held a License in another state for at least one year prior to applying for licensure in Arizona. Additionally, Applicants must establish residency in Arizona and submit satisfactory proof to the Board in compliance with A.R.S.§32-4302 and Substantive Policy Statement #20-01.
