Postgraduate Training Permit Renewal
Post Graduate Permit Renewal Information.
May 1, 2023 was the end of the renewal cycle for those with a December 31, 2022 renew by date. If you did not renew your permit before the deadline and desire to be permitted in Arizona, you must re-apply using the Post Graduate Permit Application. Please contact the Board’s licensing division with any questions.
For permits with a renew-by date of 12/31/2023, forms will be made available by November 1, 2023.
