Rulemaking Updates & History

The Board of Osteopathic Examiners recently opened a Rulemaking Docket to review and amend rules in Title 4,  Chapter 22. The Board has submitted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to the Governor's Regulatory Rulemaking Committee. The Notice of Rulemaking Docket can be found in the Arizona Administrative Register found here. The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking can be found here. The Board is currently accepting written comments at [email protected]. The Board will continue to accept written comments until the close of record.
