Rulemaking Updates & History
The Board of Osteopathic Examiners recently opened a Rulemaking Docket to review and amend rules in Title 4, Chapter 22. The Board has submitted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to the Governor's Regulatory Rulemaking Committee. The Board is currently accepting written comments at [email protected]. The Board will continue to accept written comments until the close of record.
